Balancing your Chakras could be the Key to Creating the Life you have Always Wanted!

Do you find yourself procrastinating all the time and never seem to accomplish your goals?

Are money issues or your home a constant trigger of stress and anxiety for you?

Do you physically hurt yourself?

Have you ever attempted or contemplated suicide?

If you answered “yes” to any of the questions above, You may have a blocked or unbalanced Root Chakra.


Do you find yourself emotionally unstable?

Do you tend to hide or control your feelings?

Are you lacking creativity and the ability to think outside the box?

Is it difficult for you to be open to intimacy?

Is it difficult for you to live in the present moment?

Do you seem to have a lack of focus in life and an inability to concentrate?

Hopefully you are now able to recognize some of yourself in one or two or maybe more of these chakra's. Energy Healing sessions or Reiki sessions are a great way to bring balance back to your chakra's and help aid you to a more balanced and centered way of being. Just as our muscles and body systems need maintenance we are learning more and more the importance in maintaining our energy system which is connected to our chakra's. One thing I would like to mention about blocked or unbalanced chakra's is that there is no shame in this. never feel bad or embarrassed if someone expresses to you, you are blocked. Even as practitioners we need regular maintenance. In this world we live in nothing is ever smooth there are always going to be a few bumps in the road. What we aim for is to recognize the above symptoms when they arise and get an energy healing session to bring us back to balance. It's really just a shift in our thinking.
